Previous Experience
During my tenure as a Risk Management Coordinator at Carolina Meadows in Chapel Hill, NC, I successfully investigated and analyzed potential and actual professional liability and general liability exposures across different levels of care. By identifying areas for improvement, I recommended corrective actions that resulted in a significant increase in our prescriptive engagement and implementation score to 98.68%, up from 96.1% the previous year.
As a Graduate Assistant at East Carolina University, I gained valuable experience in healthcare administration and project management. I also served as a Healthcare Administrator - Project Manager Intern at Cypress Glen, where I oversaw the successful adoption and implementation of COVID screening technology, ensuring the safety of over 300 residents and staff members through smartphone-based pre-screening.
In my previous role as an Implementation Analyst Intern at SmartLink Health Solutions, I provided customers with in-depth workflow analysis to enhance automation efficiency. I also configured electronic health records to meet end-user requirements and offered troubleshooting support, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
